Gym look, before and after
Here you can see how my makeup looked before and after the gym. As you can probably see in my hair in the second picture, I must have sweated! The last picture is from my workout, where I trained, among other things, biceps. Proud of myself for managing both 5kg and 6kg dumbbells. I'm not quite ready for a full set with 6kg yet but can handle one round (10 reps) well. Usually do 10-12 reps three times. I trained my upper body yesterday, which is not my favorite, but I also want to get stronger in my upper body. Who doesn't love leg day? It's definitely my favorite ❤️ On my face, I have dip brow from Anastasia Beverly Hills, day cream from LYKO, concealer from NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP, blush from Kicks brand Beauty Acts, cream bronzer from Fenty Beauty, and the lip combo is from LYKO. Nice scent - cheap packaging
Got to try Fenty Beauty Hey Bouquet as #lykoinflutester. According to Fenty Beauty’s website, it’s supposed to smell like “Rose, jasmine, and vanilla flirting with sandalwood while orange zest and pink peppercorn spice things up.” I was really excited and thought it would be a perfect body mist to carry in my bag because of the bottle size. I liked the scent; it smells just right and the blend of notes makes it not too sweet. I think the sandalwood and pink peppercorn make the scent not come off as too sweet, which I like. The mist spray is very dispersed and it creates a cloud, which is lovely if you want to lightly spray a few spritzes. As mentioned, it’s a body mist, so the scent fades after about an hour in my opinion, but my friend said she could still faintly smell it after a few hours. However, the product feels a bit cheap when it comes to the packaging. For about 250 SEK, I would have wished the mist came in a glass bottle instead. Poor longevity
I got to try this product from Fenty Beauty thanks to #lykoinflutester. I was really excited to get this product because I’ve heard sooooo many good things about Fenty, though it might be the cosmetics and maybe not the perfume flaws I’ve heard a lot about. The first thing that struck me was that it looks like such a cheap packaging, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone said it was from like Gekås. But I don’t want to be negative, the content is what matters! About the content then. A very floral scent, just like the notes explain in the description. It’s sweet and cute, not heavy at all! I personally love the scent. But then the scent lasted about 20 minutes after a few sprays. A body mist maybe shouldn’t have the world’s longest longevity, but that it disappears completely feels strange? Pros: + Very nice scent! + Love the spray, really a mist feeling Cons: - Quite weak scent - Disappears quickly - Cheap packaging In summary, I won’t buy this again. If it had cost 50 SEK, absolutely! But since it doesn’t last more than 10 minutes and you don’t want to reapply all the time, I unfortunately have to say no for the price. I have had the honor of being #lykoinflutester for #fentybeauty’s products! And here are my thoughts specifically on the Fenty Beauty Body Allover Body Mist Hey Bouquet Mini 🌸🤍 ⭐️ First impression The packaging was very summery, sweet, and floral💞💐 The body mist itself felt quite strong at first when sprayed. The scent initially seemed almost a bit more on the “masculine” side.🗿🌷 After a while on the skin, however, the scent changes and becomes much more floral and sweet 🌸 while still retaining a slightly darker, almost woody tone. The scent also lasts quite long on the skin, at least in my case!✨ ⭐️ My experience with the product: Good things: 🩷 Sweet packaging 🤍 Very summery and floral scent after a while 🩷 The scent lasts relatively long on the skin 🤍 Small and handy size that is easy to carry Less good things: 🩷 The scent is a bit too strong for me. 🤍 For my personal taste, it becomes a bit too intense and almost too sweet and masculine at the same time😅 ⭐️ Summary: A body mist with a fairly strong start that then develops into a more floral, sweet, and summery scent with a slightly darker woody tone.🌸🌿 Personally, I prefer more subtle and natural scents, so unfortunately it was a bit too intense for me. It hides redness and unevenness extremely effectively. Longevity: Stays put like a rock! It is known to withstand both sweat and moisture without sliding around the face during the day. Worth noting: It dries very quickly, so you need to work in sections. Because it is so matte, it can emphasize dry areas, so a good moisturizing base underneath is required if you don’t have oily skin. Conclusion: A fantastic foundation for those with oily or combination skin who want a long-lasting result that looks professional. My new favorite
When my old foundation had been out of stock for over a year, I decided to switch. Fenty's products have worked before but have been a bit too oily after a whole day, but this is a new variant for us with dry skin. And wow! I'm glad my old one didn't come back because otherwise, I would have never found this gem! This foundation doesn't feel on the face, breathes well, and looks like my own skin but smoother. The coverage is amazing. I took two pumps for the whole face. You get a nice glow that lasts all day without getting cakey or oily. I will buy this again. I have shade 300. My current favorite blush from DASHL 🫶 I like this Mac cosmetics cosmetics foundation, but since it's matte, it's good to properly moisturize the skin before applying it. I tested the new pencil from NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP. I liked that the tip is very precise for contouring the lips. I also tried this marble blush from Moira and I am in love with it, it is so beautiful! I also used it as eyeshadow and I thought it looked natural and very pretty. What do you think? Last but not least, the mascara from Maybelline New York is my new favorite; it gave beautiful volume and separated my lashes just the way I like them. This was my makeup before going out to read a bit at the library. All products have varying price ranges, but most are budget makeup brands that LYKO often has discounts on, HOW GOOD!!😍 This makeup has been on since 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, would you have ever believed that? I guess not!😍 Here below you see my routine step by step: 1. Moisturize the skin with Nivea cream 2. Fix the eyebrows with nyx Pencil and Got2b 3. Primer on the face from fenty beauty 4. CC cream from lumene (mixing two colors) 5. Cream bronzer from Caia or Anastasia cream bronzer or fenty cream bronzer 6. Cream blush hickap, Morphe, or another brand. 7. Concealer under the eyes, nose, chin, jaw. Concealer is from Caia or maybline. 8. Powder from Hudabeauty (Poundcake), lumene has good alternatives. 9. Powder bronzer from fenty 10. Being a sensitive and dry skin skin girlie, I always look for something that may not dry my skin out and cause breakouts. @fentybeauty makeup extending spray claims to be gentle (no alcohol or strong scent), it doesn’t irritate and can help your makeup last through a long day. My thoughts are 🫰🏻 My makeup tends to look more blended and just “put together,” not cakey which is definitely in my most desired goals and also it didn’t break me out. On the order hand, it doesn’t quite hit that “all-day, 12-hour” mark for me. I observed my makeup started to fade after few hours and I had to take some touch ups. It also made my skin look a bit dry after a while. On the bottom line, it’s a bit pricey for how much hold it really gives.
