It’s a blend of serum and foundation, and the consistency is quite interesting, especially the lovely glow it leaves on the skin. It dries down and looks very nice on the skin. For those of you who like a radiant complexion, this is the perfect foundation.✨✨✨✨ I applied it with my fingers to check the consistency, but then I used a foundation brush.
