Convenient sun stick
A convenient sun protection to have in your bag for quick application. As a Lyko test pilot, I have had the opportunity to use this product for a few weeks and I am positively surprised. I have previously not used sun sticks much except for my lips, and am more used to using liquid sun protection for the face. I have mainly used this product on my lips and for touch-ups on sensitive areas of the face where I often burn. The product melts into the skin and is easy to apply. It is colorless and leaves a moisturized feeling. The packaging is neat and convenient and makes it possible to apply without mess. Impressed by the combination of facial sunscreen and light coverage/color-correcting formula. I've been lucky to test this product for a few weeks as Lyko's test pilot and so far I'm impressed! A new favorite
I am impressed by this sunscreen's light formula and how it absorbed into the skin. For a few weeks, I've had the honor of testing this product as Lyko's test pilot and so far, I'm impressed! I have previously used La Roche-Posay Invisible Fluid and liked that facial sunscreen, but this new serum formula actually tops it. This facial sunscreen delivers on its promise of a lightweight and moisturizing feel on the skin. Something that suits me and my facial routine. Upon application, you get a slightly increased glow, but I think it settles after a while once the product has fully absorbed. I experience no irritation around the eyes, which I usually am sensitive to with some facial sunscreens. Plus points for the convenient packaging that makes application easier. Smells good. I have now tested this for a few weeks and can say that I am not disappointed. What I like is that it sits so nicely on the skin and under makeup, which I find very difficult when it comes to sunscreen. In my opinion, this is one of the best sunscreens on the market. You get an incredibly healthy glow from it. I really have nothing bad to say about it, except that it might smell like "sunscreen," which is very hard to avoid in a sunscreen. It is a lightweight creamy product that absorbs easily into the skin. I apply it as the last step in my skincare routine. Price-wise, I don’t think it’s expensive either, as there are more expensive options. It is also fragrance-free and works well for my sensitive skin. I think it's incredibly good since it neither feels nor shows on the skin. However, I only give it 3 stars because I thought the scent was a bit strong. I have tried La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ and my first impression was that it feels very light and fluid in texture. What stands out the most is that it is quite runny, which means you need to work it in for a long time to get an even result. If you are too quick, it can feel a bit difficult to apply. However, when you take the time to work it in properly, it sits very nicely on the skin. I use SPF daily and prefer products that work well under makeup and feel light on the skin. And this one does just that. Once applied, it gives a nice result and works really well under makeup without rolling or feeling heavy. The skin feels protected and comfortable throughout the day. A fantastic sunscreen
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmune Ultra Light SPF50+ 50 ml 43 years old, normal to dry skin with some hormonal pimples around chin and cheeks. I have had the honor to test this sunscreen via Lyko and have used it every day for 7 days after my daily skincare routine. I have tested two different foundations and both have worked well together with the sunscreen. Also tested combining with Make Up Store’s smooth primer with good results. The consistency is thin (runny) and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any white residue. You feel incredibly smooth in the face afterwards and I experience no sticky feeling at all. I have not noticed getting any more pimples/acne while using the sunscreen. In summary, I have only positive things to say about this sunscreen and it will be used diligently until the last drop! If you have trouble when the formula is too runny, that’s probably the only thing I would point out. Personally, I prefer a thinner consistency rather than when the sunscreen formula becomes too thick. Solstick that tops everything
I have never been fond of Solstick, they have always been sticky and a disappointment when used over/under makeup, for example. But this... so simple and so perfect! This product is what I have been looking for! Easy to apply, not sticky, melts into the neck, and over makeup perfectly. It also doesn’t leave a greasy finish. I love this product! I'm generally skeptical about tinted sunscreens and day creams, but this one...!? Wow! It leaves no residue, melts perfectly into the skin, and is invisible yet slightly covering at the same time! Showing a picture of how it looks before I’ve applied it – completely invisible but still gives a nice and natural impression. Works just as well without day cream or used as a day cream! Easy to apply even during the day, even if you have blush on, for example. It’s not sticky and I haven’t experienced any stinging in the eyes or any other reactions like clogged pores and pimples. Super good sunscreen!!
My experience was that it is a very "light" sunscreen that melts quickly into the skin. I, who have acne-prone skin, do not notice that I get any pimples or similar from it. However, I think the "sunscreen scent" is noticeable from it even when you have applied it. I feel that it provides moisture while also protecting against the sun. It does its job! I use it in the morning as the last step in my skincare routine and thus the layer closest to makeup. My makeup looks super nice on top. No spots, not harder to apply. The only thing that makes it a 4 is the scent, but that's just a personal preference if you care about that. The product also has a strong scent (of some ingredient) even though it’s supposed to be fragrance-free. It doesn’t sting the eyes but leaves a greasy feeling on the skin. I've been testing this serum for a while now, and I really understand why it's a classic. If your skin feels even a little tired or dry, this is like a big glass of water for your face. What I like most: Immediate effect: The skin feels instantly “plumped” and much softer. Texture: It's a bit richer than many other serums, which makes it feel luxurious to apply. Soothing: Thanks to Vitamin B5, I notice it really calms the skin if I'm a bit red or irritated. Good to know: It's quite fragranced, which smells fresh but can be good to keep in mind if you're very sensitive. The cream is very thick in consistency, but it lays down like a protective layer on the skin without feeling too heavy. A little disappointment 😔
I was really excited to try the nanobrow lamination kit when I bought it, as it promised that the results would last up to 6 weeks. I was looking forward to having nicely styled eyebrows without having to fix them every day… Unfortunately, my experience was a big disappointment. I followed the instructions carefully step by step, but my eyebrows stayed styled for barely 48 hours before everything fell back to normal😟 Considering the price and what the product promises, it unfortunately doesn’t feel worth it at all.
