I have tried hey bouquet💐 So, this one was a bit tricky! 😅 It starts fresh but quickly becomes a bit too heavy for my taste. I have tested this product in my role as a lykoinflutester!✨ What’s good: Classic Carmex delivery: It does exactly what you want. The lips become soft, moisturized, and feel protected right away. Convenient stick: I really like the stick format. It’s quick to apply, no mess! High sun protection! What brings it down a bit: It doesn’t smell much, and that’s something I like when lip products do🥰 A little sidenote: Since it’s the middle of the cold winter, I haven’t been able to hard test the sun protection under any sun myself, so I can’t speak for how the spf feels! My rating: 4/5 ⭐️ Why it gets a strong four: No weirdness: It delivers exactly what you expect from Carmex. It moisturizes well, protects the lips, and feels pleasant on. Smooth application: Since it's a stick, you avoid the mess that tubes can sometimes bring. What keeps it from being 5/5 for me: Where did the scent go? It smells absolutely good, but I wish it had a stronger scent! Soooo: A really great product that I will definitely use up. I got to test the Carmex Lip Balm Minis in my role as a Lyko influtester, fun!!🍍🍓🍒 Overall, I think the product/products are good, but there are a few things to note if I'm being honest: What I like: The scent👃: Cherry and Pineapple Mint smell absolutely amazing! You almost want to taste it (which leads us to the minus list later...) The shine ✨: You get a really nice shine on your lips, perfect when you want to look a bit put together without effort! Moisturizing: They absolutely do what they’re supposed to, lips feel soft🥰 Convenient size to carry!👛 What I didn’t like: 🍓“Dusty” strawberry: I don’t know what happened here, but the strawberry mostly just smelled like... dust? Hard to explain, but the others smelled much better in my opinion! The consistency (at first): The formula is a bit like Vaseline and can feel grainy straight from the tube. You have to “work it in” a bit by rubbing your lips together, then the grains melt and it gets better! The taste 😛: You’re not supposed to eat lip balm, I know! But sometimes it ends up a bit on the inside of your lip, and then it tastes just like Vaseline smells. Not very good and a taste that settles a bit like a film in your mouth :/ Conclusion: Definitely worth the price and convenient to carry, but you have to be prepared to “work them in” a bit and try to keep them on the outside of your mouth! This makeup is (for me) a bit lighter makeup that I use when I don't have much time or just need to run a quick errand in everyday life, But I use some of my absolute favorite products that I always buy, and I thought I would recommend them to you! My go-to products in this makeup: -Nyx micro brow pencil in the shade BLACK (I have such a cool shade on my eyebrows that other colors become too warm) but if you use it loosely, they won't be black as you can see 😇 #nyx #nyxmicrobrowpencil -Lumene blur longwear concealer full coverage in the shade LIGHT, I use it both to carve my eyebrows and also under my eyes etc. when I do a more “proper” makeup #lumene #concealer -MAC blot powder in the shade Light, I have bought this powder 3 times and think it’s great!! I have tried the NARS Highlighter and here comes my review!! I think the shade is super pretty and it has a light glittery shimmer. It's not too much, but gives a nice glow that catches the light well✨ The highlighter is buildable, I also experience, so: • If you want a slightly lighter effect for everyday makeup, you can apply a thin layer • If you want a more glamorous makeup and a stronger glow, it's easy to build up and add more product to make it pop properly! I actually have nothing to complain about. Didn’t work for me 💔
Okay, I’ve been testing the NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer for a while now and here’s my honest assessment after using it! The first thing I noticed was the consistency – it’s very thick. For me, this made the concealer a bit difficult to work with. When it comes to coverage, it delivers. It’s absolutely highly pigmented and hides imperfections. But unfortunately, the finish feels way too matte and dry on my skin. It doesn’t sit nicely, but emphasizes lines and feels cakey 👎 In the video I posted along with the review, you can see exactly how it sits under the eyes – it gets a bit dry and not at all smooth like I had hoped. (Though it looks nice/okay from a distance) I really hoped to like it considering the coverage, but the dry feeling really brings down the overall impression. My Rating Unfortunately, we don’t get along, this concealer and I! From what I can read, it has, as you say, a very high coverage, but the formula can feel thick and matte – especially if you have slightly drier skin or prefer a creamier finish. It's really valuable that you describe both the feeling and the result so clearly, and that you posted a video showing how it behaves on the skin. Incredible color but not so pigmented
I have tested NARS The Multiple in the shade Orgasm Crave, a multifunctional makeup stick that I have primarily used as a blush stick💕 When I first opened the stick, I was completely sold on the color/shade, it was really perfeeekt, I thought! However, I felt a disappointment regarding the pigmentation. I am used to NARS products being very pigmented and providing high coverage quickly, (at least like the products I have tested before) which I appreciate because then you need less product. So I would have wished the stick was more pigmented, BUT!: To get the most out of the color/pigmentation, I quickly learned that the application technique is important. • Avoid dabbing the stick directly on the cheek (it gives too little color, which can be seen in the attached video after application with a brush). • My best tip: “Dip”/fetch color directly from the stick with your brush and then gradually build up the color on the cheek to get more color! You don’t need to be afraid to build up several layers – it melts in nicely and is a very “sneaky” product since it is not so pigmented as mentioned (according to my experience) Even though the color is so freaking beautiful and that I finally found a technique to make it work well, I would have wished the product was more pigmented from the start as mentioned, so therefore my rating lands at 3/5 ⭐️ #LYKOINFLUTESTER #NARS1 product in post Incredible color but not so pigmented261 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. No white cast & easy to work with!
I have tested Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50 50 ml!🤩 • Consistency and Application: The consistency is more on the wet side, but it is also quite thick in texture, and this "combo" makes it very easy to work with. It positively differs from greasier sunscreen products and sinks into the skin very quickly. • Feel on the Skin: It feels light and pleasant on the skin. • "White Cast": One of the biggest advantages I felt was that this product leaves no white cast at all. This is a common problem with sunscreens, I think, but with this one, it was completely absent! (I have combination skin type, meaning it can feel both dry and also get oily - for reference) 📝 Final rating!! It’s hard to give a 100 percent review of the sunscreen effect, I feel, during the winter months, as one lives in Sweden and the sun may not be super strong here right now - But really, you should use SPF year-round, so it’s great to use it more as a lighter face cream and get SPF on the side ☺️☀️ I didn’t get oily in the face from it and thought it sank in quickly, and you felt glowy after use! In the category of facial sunscreen products, this is absolutely a good product and worked excellently in the regard I used it, i.e., as a "lighter" face cream/moisturizer 😙 Rating (as sunscreen/lighter face cream): 4/5 #lykoinflutester #beautyofjoseon1 product in post No white cast & easy to work with!
