Found a new favorite lip gloss!
I'm a sucker for lip products of all kinds, which means I've tried an extreme amount of lip glosses over the years. Was pleasantly surprised! 😍 My first thought was that this would be glittery and sticky. But it applies like a soft, nice lip balm on the lips. Accolade was also a perfect nude shade. Love that it has hyaluronic acid in the gloss and that it's nourishing. New favorite lip gloss, perfect over a lip liner. I am totally obsessed with MAC Cosmetics Lipglass Air! It gives an insanely beautiful glossy finish without feeling sticky at all, which is like the most important thing for me. The formula feels light on the lips but still moisturizing, and the color gives a perfect hint of shimmer that makes the lips look fuller. This lip gloss applies so naturally on the lips, I have the color “Sublime” and it becomes like a lightly pigmented color on the lips, which looks so nice because it appears natural. Non-sticky lip gloss
The biggest plus is the texture: light, non-sticky, and feels more like a lip balm than a traditional gloss. The shine is really beautiful and even – not thick or plastic-like, but more of a “healthy glow” for the lips. Lips instantly look moisturized and a bit plumper. The shade range also includes very usable nudes that work well for everyday wear. The applicator is also successful, delivering just the right amount of product without needing much adjustment. But: durability is not its strongest point. The gloss needs to be reapplied during the day, which slightly detracts from the user experience, especially considering the price. Incredible lip gloss but is it worth the price?
I have now been tasked with testing this lip gloss from MAC & here is my opinion: It feels luxurious, smells nice, and has a very pleasant applicator, neither too hard nor too soft. The formula is comfortable on the lips and not sticky at all, which I really appreciate. The color suits me perfectly as I don’t like too much color on my lips; it gives just the right amount of tint and shine. However, the durability is not the best, I need to reapply it during the day, which feels a bit annoying considering the price. Therefore, it gets 4 out of 5 stars because I think a lip gloss for 300 kr should last a bit longer. This is everything you could wish for in a lip gloss! Good applicator that delivers the right amount of product at once, and you don’t have to wipe off excess on the packaging edge. Nice sweet scent that is mild and only noticeable for a moment when applying the product. The texture feels wonderfully moisturizing on the lips, doesn’t stick or dry out. Got this beautiful lip gloss from Mac cosmetics and have been looking for one that gives the perfect pink color and doesn’t get sticky on the lips!! And this color and the texture of the gloss was sooo good!! The packaging feels (and is) super luxurious and it comes in so many beautiful colors!
