Love at first sight
Why isn't this being talked about?? A heeeelt magical leave-in spray!! Works detangling, removes frizz, strengthens hair, is nourishing and contains heat protection!? Check check check on everything and it also smells incredible. My hair is previously bleached and quite thin, which means it needs care but can't be too heavy, this is really everything you want in a leave-in. So even though I'm a sucker for trying new products, this will never leave my bathroom cabinet. I'm also someone who prefers spray form, like this, and I'm usually really picky about how I want the spray. It can't be "too hard" but should be even and distribute well, which this does, it's really super easy to get just the right amount of product everywhere in the hair where you want it. I use it especially after showering on towel-dried hair, but it also works on dry hair to freshen up dry ends and a bit frizzy lengths. Saying it again, magical!! So what is this?
This is probably both the most expensive and the worst styling product I've tried. I've tried using both larger and smaller amounts but with the same result. It detangles the hair and smells good, but after blow-drying, the whole hair is static, crackling, and sticks to the cheeks! I have dry, frizzy, and bleached hair. I understand that it didn’t turn out quite as you expected. Since you describe your hair as dry, frizzy, and bleached, it could mean that the hair isn’t getting enough moisture when using this. What you describe with the hair becoming static, crackly, and “sticky” might be counteracted if you try blow-drying with lower heat. Since your hair sounds like it needs a bit more moisture and weight, I would instead recommend a creamier leave-in that provides more hydration and anti-frizz. Frizz-reducing
My hair has changed in recent years, suddenly I have wavy hair here and there. Not all over, which is really strange. I've never had natural waves, not even as a child. I regularly tone my hair with intensive toner, it’s dry and tends to get frizzy. When I brush my hair when it’s dry, it mostly looks like a rice bush. I’ve tried various oils, leave-in products, etc. to get my hair smooth, but it often just gets greasy. The only thing that really works is a flat iron, but I don’t always have the time or desire to use it. This spray really does what it’s supposed to = it detangles and reduces frizz. It doesn’t remove all the frizz in my hair, but almost. I might have been a bit too sparing, which I didn’t need to be because this does NOT weigh the hair down.
