Power in a bottle 💜
I’ve been lucky enough to try this perfume, and right when I opened the box, my first impression was – wow, what a bottle, the purple color really signals luxury. Really elegant, I would say!! The scent opens with a very intense and clear note of plum, which at first felt a bit heavy and strong for me, as it only took one spray. But if you give it a little time, it settles beautifully and the vanilla sneaks in and softens everything. I think it feels like a very warm and deep, sensual scent that lasts a very long time. I would say it feels like a perfume for confident women. It gives a lot of “power” in its scent and, in my opinion, works as an evening perfume when you want to feel a little extra. Not something I would use every day, as I prefer lighter perfumes then. But overall, a fantastic bottle with a mysterious and at the same time fruity scent, I really like it and will definitely use it on special occasions. I became sensitive to certain scents 😭 My absolute favorite is Black Opium. Yves Saint Laurent. My skin is a bit chaotic right now, so I keep it very simple. Just got my favorite cleanser from Cerave home again, which I've been without for a while but missed, so now that it was time for a new one, it got to come back and is here to stay. Toner from klairs that is hydrating and brightening, with ingredients of both Vitamin C and niacinamide that the chat thought I should bring out since I want a natural glow. Very "smart" with its powerful ingredients! Serum from hyggee that is a standing favorite, very versatile and protects the skin well, while also working to brighten. I love the consistency of this serum, so incredibly light. Cream from klairs, good hydrating. I only use a tiny bit on my oily skin. Why isn't this being talked about?? A heeeelt magical leave-in spray!! Works detangling, removes frizz, strengthens hair, is nourishing and contains heat protection!? Check check check on everything and it also smells incredible. My hair is previously bleached and quite thin, which means it needs care but can't be too heavy, this is really everything you want in a leave-in. So even though I'm a sucker for trying new products, this will never leave my bathroom cabinet. I'm also someone who prefers spray form, like this, and I'm usually really picky about how I want the spray. It can't be "too hard" but should be even and distribute well, which this does, it's really super easy to get just the right amount of product everywhere in the hair where you want it. I use it especially after showering on towel-dried hair, but it also works on dry hair to freshen up dry ends and a bit frizzy lengths. Saying it again, magical!! My current theme for hair is really volume, I’m totally obsessed with it at the moment since it’s something I’ve struggled to achieve for a long time! Here we have a real gold product when it comes to volume. Spray at the roots, blow-dry the hair dry, and you have a nice and airy volume for the hair. An advantage is that it’s also caring for the hair, and who doesn’t love that? It doesn’t take much product for me to achieve the result I’m after, it smells good, and I think it looks very nice in the bathroom cabinet 🙈 leaves no product feel, which I usually like, but it’s the airy result that’s the most important, and it really delivers on that. And by airy, I mean voluminous. I have a friend who works as a hairdresser, and the other day we started talking a bit about my boring flat hair🙄, and she recommended this miracle product that I hadn't heard of before.
