Suitable for oily skin type🤌
I got to try Eucerin “Oil control Sun Gel-Cream SPF 50 + 50ml” as a Lyko influencer tester. Here is my review: ABOUT THE PRODUCT This is a product that is supposed to be light on the skin and not clog pores, aka acne-safe product! (Also perfect for me with oily skin!) MY EXPERIENCE My first impression of the product is that I like the packaging, it’s a light pump that gives a good amount of product in the hand. The scent was the same as other sunscreens. However, I was surprised that the texture of the cream was quite thick considering the product is called “gel-cream.” However, it was very light on the skin and absorbed quickly! Compared to the sunscreen from La Roche Posay “Anthelios invisible fluid SPF50+” that I have tested, their sunscreen formula is very thin/runny. Which is how I expected this one to be as well BUT I don’t think the product is worse for it! There was no “white cast” on the skin, which is a big plus! The product is supposed to have a mattifying effect, which I experienced compared to other brands I have tested. I stayed relatively matte during the day, which is unusual for my oily skin. So big gold star for that! ⭐️ As someone with oily skin, I love how this sunscreen doesn’t worsen my oily face during the day. The makeup sat nicely on the skin with the sunscreen as a “primer,” it didn’t peel or sit weirdly. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to test the sunscreen in direct sunlight. There’s a bit of a shortage of that in Sweden right now, but from what I’ve tested, I don’t think it’s a problem! ✨ #lykoinflutester #eucerin180 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Not for my skin unfortunately
Finding the right sunscreen for the face is no easy task. Especially for those of us with sensitive, oily skin prone to acne. That's why I was overjoyed when I, as #lykoinflutester, received the #eucerin Oil Control Sun Gel-Cream SPF50 2B😃 Maybe this is the one. I've used La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmune 400 oil control for several years, but I eventually had to stop because I was so troubled by acne when using it. A little about my skin: Seborrheic eczema on the face, which means I flake a bit during the day. Sensitive skin, oily T-zone, and occasional acne. The sunscreen comes in a pump bottle, which is good, it's easy to get the right amount out. The texture is very light, perfect for spreading around the face. I think this has a much better texture than the one I used before. No white cast, it's fragrance-free, and it's also suitable for those sensitive around the eye area🌼 After the first day, I was surprised at how well the makeup stayed by the end of the day, the skin was matte and nice. I didn't need to use powder on my face during the day, which is an absolute plus for me. Unfortunately, the happiness was short-lived, I was a bit shocked after cleansing my face. I discovered two large painful pimples in addition to many small ones all over my face. After two days, my skin looked much worse, I had a serious acne outbreak all over my face, and I became very red😯 But since I had so little time to test this sunscreen, I had to try again a few days later. Unfortunately, the same result, yes my skin looks good during the day and the makeup sits very nicely, but it doesn't help much when I get many pimples every time I use it. This is a sunscreen advertised for use by those of us with sensitive, acne-prone skin, it is supposed to have sebum-regulating technology suitable for normal to combination and oily skin. So it's very unfortunate that I get many pimples after use🤔 If I had a bit more time, I could have seen if this might go away eventually. My conclusion: 🌼 Mattifies the skin 🌼 No white cast 🌼 Makeup stays nice all day 🌼 Fragrance-free 🌼 Good for those sensitive around the eyes 👎🏽 Acne outbreak It only gets 2 stars from me⭐️⭐️ Even though some things are good, it really drags down my rating when I get many pimples. But I also want to say that just because I get many pimples doesn't mean you will. I have very sensitive/difficult skin.84 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. So-so
I've been testing this sunscreen from Eucerin for a while now and wanted to share my thoughts! ☀️ I really love that it comes in a pump, it makes it so easy to get the right amount, and one pump gives a lot of product. It has SPF 50 and protects against both UVA and UVB, which feels reassuring now that the sun is coming out more. The consistency is quite thick, but it absorbs quickly. It doesn't have a strong scent, which I appreciate. I've used this before and unfortunately noticed that I got some breakouts on my face after a while, so for my skin it might not be perfect for daily use. However, I really like the size, it's convenient to have in the bag and perfect to take with you during the day. In summary, it's a good sunscreen with high sun protection factor and smart pump packaging. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #EUCERIN8 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 2 out of 5Verifierad testare
Looks promising!
#lykoinflutester #eucerin I’ve been so lucky to test this sunscreen, and the first impression was sooo extremely promising! The product itself is nice and practical, a huge plus when it comes to sunscreen that’s annoying to get everywhere. Also, it’s easy to carry in your bag, on trips, or at the beach. The formula is magical, it’s just the right thickness – and it applies nicely on the skin, give it a minute and you’ll forget you have sunscreen on, and you get a glow 🌟 It also doesn’t leave a white cast, and it seemed to hold up well during the days I wore it! Unfortunately, I reacted to it and have therefore used it very little, I’m choosing to see if my skin might react differently later🥹 Really hope this can become a 5/5 one day🌟21 views - The post was made 4 daysRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Surprised!
I got to try a product from a brand I'm familiar with, but I've never tried their products before. Plus for the pump bottle, the cream is easy to dispense. The cream has a yellowish tint that disappears when applied to the skin. I applied quite a bit on my face, but it absorbed well and didn’t leave a thick layer. Fragrance-free, I can’t even smell the ingredients. I got a really good feeling from this, I have oily skin, so a matte sunscreen like this is welcome in my cosmetics shelf. I did apply a bit of powder on top, even though it’s a mattifying sunscreen. #lykoinflutester #eucerin76 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Matte Sunscreen
As a #lykoinflutester, I have tested this for a period, and here is my impression of the product! At first glance, the packaging seems very trustworthy! Considering that it is dermatologically tested and made in collaboration with dermatologists. You really trust that the product delivers proper and good sun protection! The packaging was also very good and I am very satisfied with the pump. It was easy to apply two finger lengths, which was enough for the whole face. 🧡 The product spreads easily, with a very thin and light consistency, but I quickly noticed that it had a rather strong and slightly strange smell. It spread evenly and did not leave a white color on the face, but blended in well. After a few seconds, I still felt a slightly "burning" sensation that lasted a few seconds but then went away. The cream is mattifying and does not give much glow, so if you are a fan of a matte look for oily skin, this could work well! It was also great under makeup 🧡 All in all, it works really well, and I am very excited to test it even more now that the sun is out more! Unfortunately, I have to deduct a bit when it comes to the smell and "burning" sensation. #lykoinflutester #eucerin #lykoreview136 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Perfect for oily/combination skin
I am still impressed by #eucerin oil control sun gel cream. I am super picky with sunscreen because I feel like they can clog my pores or slide around on my face BUT this one doesn’t. At first touch, I thought it would be heavy but it feels light on the skin and absorbs nicely. I also feel that it helps with oiliness, keeping the skin "matt" all day. I have combination skin that gets oilier when the weather gets warmer. I got to test this product as #lykoinflutester, but I would easily buy the product again.135 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 5 daysRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Eucerin Sun Protection Oil Control SPF 50+
Eucerin Sun Protection Oil Control SPF 50+ is a sunscreen that truly lives up to expectations, especially for those with oily or combination skin. This is not just sun protection, but a skincare product that actively improves the skin's appearance throughout the day💛☀️ The most impressive thing about this sunscreen is the matte finish. Many sunscreens can feel heavy, sticky, and leave the skin shiny, but here Eucerin does something right. The cream absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves a dry, almost powdery surface that lasts surprisingly long. Even after several hours, you experience minimal shine, which is a big advantage for those struggling with oily skin. The texture is light and pleasant, and it does not clog pores. This makes it well suited for acne-prone skin. It also contains ingredients that help regulate sebum production, providing an extra skincare effect beyond sun protection. Regarding the sun protection itself, it delivers solidly. SPF 50+ provides high protection against both UVA and UVB rays, and it works well both in everyday life and under stronger sun conditions. It also does not sting the eyes, which can often be a problem with other sunscreens. A small downside might be that it can feel a bit dry on areas with already dry skin, so those with very dry skin might want to use a moisturizer underneath🩷 #lykoinflutester #eucerin #lykoreview - The post was made 1 weekRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
OK sunscreen for oil control☀️
I was a bit skeptical the first time I tried it, as I thought it would feel even lighter. When I applied it to my face, I was afraid it wouldn’t absorb properly, but it does quite quickly. It doesn’t leave a sticky layer on the skin. ✅ It’s positive that it actually does what it’s supposed to, the skin looks less shiny throughout the day. It also works under makeup. ❌ Although that might be the point so you don’t get oily, I feel like my skin feels a bit too dry after use (maybe because of alcohol high up in the ingredients). That’s a downside for me and I think it might make my skin worse in the long run.. If you have very oily skin, I would definitely give it a chance, if you’re like me and somewhere in between, I’d be more careful about using it daily at least 😌 #lykoinflutester #eucerin111 views - The post was made 3 weeksRating: 3 out of 5verified customer
Good product
The sunscreen absorbs fast and feels light on the skin. It controls shine on my oily skin for 2-3 hours in hot humid weather and >6 hours in cool weather (no reapplication). Offers great protection. Works just ok under liquid make-up. Can stain white clothes so I don’t use it on my neck or any skin area that is in direct contact with clothes.271 views - The post was made 5 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

Amazing SPF for my hormonal acne-affected but also sensitive skin. Excellent under makeup and without.767 views - The post was made 10 monthsRating: 4 out of 5verified customer
Still okay
I had already left a review where I didn't like this product at all since it started rolling on my skin during application even though I had let the skincare products dry before applying it. However, I tried applying the product now so that I only put serum underneath and no moisturizer at all, and I let the serum dry completely before applying the sunscreen. Now this product spread beautifully and didn't start rolling later either. However, this sunscreen doesn't really work for me in winter since I need a moisturizer in addition to the sunscreen, but this summer I can skip the moisturizer. I still don't know if I would buy it again, I have sunscreen favorites that I can use regardless of what skincare products I put underneath them.1687 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 10 monthsHey Piipu! It's such a shame that this sunscreen didn't meet your expectations 🥺 Please try to let the skincare products absorb properly into your skin before applying this product - it usually helps prevent rolling! 🥰 It's great if you can still use the product up on your body 🧴 Have a lovely day! ✨
