Maybe not for the most sensitive

We say it like this; I am (kind of) the driest and most sensitive person you can find. This means I don't play around too much with different products and absolutely not products with any active ingredients or fragrances. At the same time, I love trying products that have a nicer price tag since products that are often gentle on my skin cost a fortune. That's why Purito's "Wonder Releaf Centella Serum" was extra exciting as it has a friendly price tag and actually seems promising at first glance. The serum felt somewhat "slimy" and felt a bit like a film over the skin. It's a bit tricky, as the same type of consistency can be preferred; but with certain products, it has the opposite effect. Initially, I also preferred the consistency as it feels like the product penetrated deeply into the skin, and I felt hydrated after application. I liked the serum for the first few days, along with Purito's face cream, but some kind of reaction didn't occur until a few days into the usage. I felt that the skin beneath the surface felt a bit inflamed and irritated. We're not talking about any severe reactions, but enough for me to feel a certain discomfort and want to switch back to my usual skincare routine. But, the feeling was, as I said, not very severe, and I am, as I first explained, very, very sensitive. This means that if you don't have the same sensitive skin but are dry and want to try something with a good price tag, it might be worth trying it. If I hadn't already found my perfect skincare routine, I would probably think this was much better than I do now. Worth a try regardless!! #lykoinflutester #purito

Oh, it’s so hard to find the right one! I had to try my way through until I finally landed on Dermalogica’s Ultracalming face wash and face cream along with Caudalie Vinohydra serum. They are like a hug for the face, and I’ve never had any reaction from them! But, as I mentioned in the review, they cost a fortune, and that’s less pleasant! 😩 Dermalogica’s "Daily Microfoliant" as a daily "scrub" is also a hot tip!! Fantastic

Beautiful on the skin, but somewhat irritating

We say it like this; I am (like) the driest and most sensitive person you can find. This means I don't play around too much with different products and absolutely not products with any active ingredients or fragrances. At the same time, I love trying products that have a nicer price tag since products that are often gentle on my skin cost a fortune. That's why Purito's “Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream” was extra exciting as it has a friendly price tag and actually seems promising at first glance. The product is light and melts smoothly into the skin. It leaves a certain “sticky” feeling if you can call it that; but I feel like my skin is well moisturized after application. It doesn't smell special and feels good on the skin. So at the first application, I loved it, and actually even a few days in. The problem for me came when I had used the product for a longer period. I could experience that my skin felt somewhat more inflamed and red beneath the surface, but it wasn't that my skin hurt or anything. It just made me want to switch back to my regular face cream to escape the uncomfortable feeling. But, the feeling wasn't very rough, and I am, as I first explained, very, very sensitive.

A little extra for the skin

I have super sensitive skin, which means I can hardly use any face masks at all - I have to stick to moisturizing skincare. That's why it was extra fun to try the Stylpros LED mask. It was easy to assemble and easy to understand: just put it on, choose which mode I wanted to use, and then wait out the 10 minutes. Very convenient! Bonus: my partner got a little scared when he saw me in the mask, which gave us a good laugh. It's always a bit hard to determine if such products make a real difference, but I felt that my skin felt a bit more “plump” and fresh afterwards - even if it might have just been a good skin day. At certain settings, I felt that my skin was a little tender, but it never became uncomfortable. I find that the mask helps to reduce redness, especially when I compare before and after pictures. Overall, I really liked the experience and I will continue to use it, as it gives me that little extra. Definitely worth a try! [hashtag] [hashtag]

Easy to work with and affordable!

I have tried Makeup Store's “Superior Colour Blush Sticks” in the shades Soft Coral and Cool Pink. I don't know how much actually shows in the pictures, but in real life, they are quite different from each other. Soft Coral is as the name suggests, a soft, nice coral color. It’s perfect for everyday or if you just want a more toned-down blush for the day. Cool Pink is a significantly “poppier” color, and personally, I love these types of pinks. It just gives such a nice color to the cheeks. Both were to die for, and both were super easy to work with. Apply directly to the skin and blend out, or dab the brush on the stick to then work it in. It blends in, can be built up, and doesn’t get patchy and dry. I am completely sold! The product is pretty, has a relatively friendly price tag, and performs fantastically. I also thought they held up well throughout the day. I definitely think it’s worth trying! #makeupstore #lykoinflutester

    Good, affordable bronzer!

I found Makeup Store's “Superior Sun Bronzer Stick” to be a very easy-to-use cream bronzer. It glided easily onto the skin and blended out effortlessly. It melted in and looked very natural and “glowy”; I got a sun-kissed look without looking too orange! The product was also not too wet or dry, but dried down easily without clinging to my dry skin. In the pictures, I haven't used a large amount of bronzer, so it looks very natural. The product can be built up for a more dramatic look if desired! I also found that it held relatively well throughout the day. It’s also a minimalist and nice packaging that looks sleek! Together with the relatively friendly price, there’s not much to complain about. A lot of bronzer for the money, I can definitely recommend it! #lykoinflutester #makeupstore

    Not my favorite

It's hard with makeup brushes since it's such a matter of taste! I use a range of different brushes, everything from a bit more densely packed to a bit looser brushes. In comparison to all my favorite brushes, Rose Inc's foundation brush is the absolute most flexible and "light brush". I felt like I had to work for a good while to get the Tinted Serum properly into the skin. Otherwise, it would have just sat like a film on the skin. Usually, there's no problem using my foundation brush for my concealer as well; but since the concealer was a bit thicker and the brush was so light, I didn't feel like I had the right firmness to work it out either. You can tell that the brush is of quality, and I have no doubt that there are many out there who would love to work with this type of brush. But for me, it simply wasn't enough firmness. A bit too expensive, but the very best brushes out there also have a slightly higher price tag. Could be interesting to try? #Lykoinflutester #Roseinc

    Good coverage!

Considering how super light Rose Inc's Tinted Serum was, I was a bit shocked at how high coverage it actually was on this concealer. It does what it says; it's a medium coverage concealer that can be built up. I used the Tinted Serum, and then I applied concealer under my eyes, on my chin, and on my forehead where I needed a bit more coverage. Generally, I want something that blends in a bit more naturally (and don't get me wrong, the concealer looks good even in real life, but there was something about it that made it not quite feel like skin, but you could see that it was makeup). Then I have to give the product a bit of a pass; I had very dry and flaky skin during the period it was used. Even the best product could in these cases have laid "a little on the surface". Not my absolute favorite, but that's mainly because I prefer a tad less coverage. The price feels reasonable for a product of high quality, definitely worth trying! #Lykoinflutester #Roseinc

    Discontinued Product

I was so sad when I saw that Whamisa's previous Cleansing Oil was discontinued. Is this the same type of product - and if not, what is the difference? This is the one I'm referring to: lyko.com/sv/whamisa/whamisa-cleansing-oil-153ml

    Works for dry skin!

I have really dry and flaky skin. During the time I tried out Rose Inc's “Skin Enhance Luminous Tinted Serum,” I also had a lot of eczema around my nose after a cold (you can almost see it in the close-up of the makeup). Despite that, I think the product laid nicely on the skin. You can't get rid of textures from the skin; but when you're as dry as I am, you need a lot of moisture - and maybe not super high coverage. This product is really in the lightest degree; I would classify it just below the classic “tinted moisturizer” which still contributes a certain degree of coverage. Rose Inc's Serum was like a very light layer that corrected the skin tone in the face and blurred certain “imperfections” from the face. Not much more than that. Generally, I really like very light products, and that's why I also liked this one a lot. If you don't have any particular need to cover a lot, I think such a product is completely perfect for giving the skin that little lift, but without looking made up (I do have concealer on in the picture as well, which contributes a bit more coverage). What I felt - and if I'm being picky - is that I found the base a little “flat.” It was absolutely not dry, but I didn't feel that my skin felt as alive as it can with another base. It could also boil down to the poor quality of my skin during the time I tested the product. Then we have the price, which I think is quite high. The “corresponding” products from other brands are also very high, unfortunately, that's just how prices look today. With that in mind, I can say that it's worth investing in the product; the base is after all A and O for good makeup. #Lykoinflutester #Roseinc
