About the positions
Lyko is a Swedish company with one leg in retail, our physical stores and salons, and one leg in the online market, where we are Sweden's largest web shop in the hair care and beauty category. Lyko sells for over 2 billion SEK every year and has over 900 employees. We also expanded into the Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, German & Dutch markets a while ago.
As a customer service representative, you will get the opportunity to have a key position in the continued growth as Lyko expands into Poland. Through chat and mail you will help customers with questions about delivery, returns or other technical problems.
In addition to this, you are also the customer's personal adviser and beauty expert! No matter what, you are constantly striving to provide top-notch service and there are few things that make you happier than when you exceed a customer's expectations.
You will work in a small, committed team of 2 people (team manager and translator) which means a lot of responsibility, but also the opportunity to influence the development as the office grows. Your main responsibility will be customer service but as we are a small team, we would like someone who is also open to help out with different task whenever it is needed, for example when it comes to translations. Our office is located in the city center of Warsaw and we are currently at the office around 3 times a week.
We are currently looking for 2 persons, who would like to join our fabulous team.
One position would be full-time, and regarding the second position we are flexible for someone starting to work at around 50% to 100% of the regular working hours, but the goal is also 100% in the long run.

- Have excellent English and Polish language skills in both speech and writing
- Learn new IT systems quite easily
- Are interested in the hair and beauty industry
- Preferably have some experience at customer service
