I've been using this for a few years now and tried others in between, but I always end up coming back to this. I use it about 2-4 times a month. I have extremely sensitive scalp and had a lot of eczema when I, in a desperate moment, bought this (and scalp conditioner from the same brand). This and the conditioner took away all eczema after two washes. Rarely do I find hair products that are so good for my scalp! I can easily buy the small one to see how my scalp reacts to it first. Not good!
I thought it would be good since there were a lot of good reviews, but it is not good. It smells nice, but I have never struggled with sweat and sweat smell, but with this I suddenly do.
