      Hey Tilda😊 Yes, when I look, I find that the Maybelline Sculpting Stix Eyeliner Mocha Contour can be used on the waterline as it is ophthalmologically tested and also suitable for sensitive eyes. However, it is not waterproof, so the longevity on the waterline may be somewhat limited.
