Great for very dark under-eyes!
Of course, it depends on what kind of concealer you prefer. Note! I have NATURALLY VERY dark under-eyes. I've even been asked if I have bruises under my eyes. 😮💨 This concealer is thick and leaves the skin a bit shiny. But it requires its own technique! So don't just wipe this layer under your eyes and that's it. Otherwise, you'll come to believe that this is a bad product. Tip: Use this a LITTLE at a time. (1/4 of the amount you think you need) Layer the product gradually. Good things come to those who wait. Let it dry properly before applying powder. Don't cover it with a pile of powder, just be moderate. Normal skin ok
I wouldn't recommend it for very dry skin. More suitable for normal skin. I have dry and atopic skin, and this isn't oily enough to help, for example, my legs. If you're used to aerosol cans with dry shampoo (like I am), this feels really different. You have to shake it and then spray it into your hair. It leaves your hair damp for a moment, but dries quickly. And it doesn't leave white powder residue in your hair.
