    Hi, I ordered this because I've seen and heard a lot of good things about it, and that it's supposed to be suitable for sensitive skin and reduce redness. I was really excited about it, but it seems like I'm reacting to something in it, my skin gets completely red and it stings. What could it be that I'm reacting to?

      Hey Sara😊 Thanks for reaching out about this. It sounds like there might be something in it that your skin doesn't tolerate/thrive with, even though it's, as you say, a soothing serum. It's a bit tricky to answer since it could be any ingredient, and this is very individual, but take a look through the ingredient list and see if there's anything new for you that could possibly be the cause🤔 I wish you a super nice Friday🌈
