I was recommended this one after a failed dye job with products that you recommended through the color test, my hair turned as dark as possible, then I was advised to try it, no difference. I understand that it felt too dark, which is why I also asked you to test it on a strand to easily see how the result would turn out. Cool shades can easily feel darker because they don’t reflect light as much as warm tones. I recommended this deep cleansing shampoo to help remove excess color pigments. It may require a bit of patience with the cleansing, but it’s often an important step when you want to get rid of unwanted pigments. No difference
Did the hair test and was recommended this.
