    Question about usage

    Should you wash your face or possibly wipe it off after use, or leave it on throughout the day? There are some differences in what you say and in the somewhat short text on the product box.

    Cheating with ratings?

    Lyko, how can this product have an average of 4.8 when there are only three votes cast, of which one gave 5 stars and two gave 1 star? Then the average would be 2.33. I have found several similar cases where the number of votes and points do not match the average stated. Is there cheating with the reviews/ratings?

    Dried out

    I liked the product initially, but the liquid/serum dried out after just a little over a month after opening the seal, and then it didn't adhere to the skin. There was 2/3 left in the box which then became useless. It gets expensive when so much has to be thrown away, even though they were initially cheap. Disappointing!

    Liquid like water

    Should this shampoo be liquid like water? Most of the liquid runs away when I take it in my hand - before I can get it in my hair. I've never encountered this consistency in a shampoo before, and I'm wondering if there might be something wrong with the product?
