    I have been using lunette cups for years after giving birth to my child. It is just so much easier to handle heavier flow and I do not need to get up in my sleep often to change. It is "life changing". If you do get the transparent cup, do make sure to clean it thoroughly because I find it the easiest to get stain and dirty, even though I clean the cup with soap each time I took it out to empty.
