Hey again, You can keep it in the fridge if you want a cooling feeling. Or you can keep it in a closed cabinet where light doesn't come in😊

    Dark brown color

Is there something wrong with the product when it is dark brown in color? It doesn't look like in the supplier's YouTube videos?

Hi Anette 🌞 Vitamin C serum should normally not be dark brown — if it has taken on a darker color, it may indicate that the serum has oxidized. This often happens if the product has been exposed to heat, light, or air over time, and it affects the effectiveness. We recommend that you store the serum cool and dark to preserve the quality as best as possible. If you are unsure or wish to file a complaint about the product, feel free to contact us at customerservice@lyko.com, or submit a complaint case via "My page" on Lyko.com. We are more than happy to help you further! 🌟

Oh, that wasn't such an exhaustive answer from Natalie below, and what do we really know today. Therefore, one shouldn't categorically say that it can't harm the eyes. It depends. It doesn't hurt to have protection for the eyes. And if you have an eye condition that involves light sensitivity, you shouldn't use this mask, at least not without protection. I emailed Dr. Gross and asked, and they say you should ask your eye doctor if you have any eye problems, they can't guarantee that the light won't harm the eyes, but according to the tests that have been done, they haven't been able to find that. But as I said. You never know in the long run how the light can affect the eyes, it comes in if you have them open. There's no protection on the mask itself.

    Cleaning

Does the mask tolerate antibac 70%, or can the plastic be damaged?

Hi Anette, You can safely use 70% isopropyl alcohol (antibac) to clean the silicone part of the mask after use. A little yellowing after use is normal and does not affect performance. Just make sure to store the mask properly and avoid unnecessary chemicals on the silicone surface. Wishing you a nice day!😊💗
