Riv forsiktig opp foliepakken og ta ut/ud arket med 2 strips. Tørk tennene/tænder. Plasser/Placer stripsen på tennene/tænderne, vi anbefaler at du plasserer/placerer den korte stripsen på nedre tanngard først, og deretter/derefter plasserer/placerer den lengste/længste stripsen på øvre tanngard. Juster stripsen med fingrene slik at de ligger flatt/fladt og tett/tæt inntil tannflaten/tandoverfladen. Brett/Fold så stripsen på baksiden av tennene/bag på tænderne, for at den skal sitte perfekt. La stripsen sitte på i en time. Fjern så stripsen og pusse/børst tennene/tænderne. Gjenta/Gentag behandlingen 1 time hver dag i 14 dager for best/bedst mulig effekt.
