NORDBO Double Calm contains Cyracos® lemon balm extract and natural L-theanine from green tea. Cyracos® has a documented effect on anxiety, anxiety-related symptoms and restless sleep.
L-theanine is an amino acid extracted from green tea that contributes to a peaceful state of mind and improved sleep quality.
