Use:
Ideally spray after a shower or bath, as the pores are open aiding better absorption. Apply 5 to 20 sprays to area of concern in the morning and at night and lightly massage
into the skin. A tingling sensation is natural on first application and may be a sign of magnesium deficiency, this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
