How to use Hismile PAP+ Mouthwash:

1. Thoroughly shake the bottle for at least 3 seconds

2. Fill up the measuring cup with 15 ml water

3. Then add a full dropper of PAP+ Mouthwash into the measuring cup and mix

4. Thoroughly rinse your entire mouth with the mixture for 60 seconds

5. Spit out the mixture but do NOT rinse your mouth afterwards
