    A good product!

    A good product that both cleanses and moisturizes the skin. It doesn't leave the skin dry and tight like many other cleansing products do. However, I find that it doesn't cleanse as well as others; for example, when I use toner with a pad afterwards, I always have a little residue left, so it's important to check that before applying your moisturizer so you don't "trap the bacteria in". Overall, a pretty okay product that smells nice, feels good, and feels luxurious. However, there are areas for improvement.

    Effective but drying cleanser

    I have tested this in cycles for 10+ years to remove makeup in the evening. I prefer foam-based cleansers but always end up finding that this one makes my skin feel tight and dry after use. I don’t have dry skin otherwise. I’ve concluded that this just doesn’t suit my skin and I won’t buy it again. It’s worth noting that this is also heavily perfumed. I give it 2 stars as I feel it removes all makeup, but the effect brings down the rating as it is described as a "gentle" cleanser.
