    Dissatisfied

    The hair feels like steel wool after shampooing. The conditioner doesn't soften the hair, still leaves a tangled feeling. Should make it more "manageable" - answer NO. Find other products!

      Good morning M Thanks for noticing - I now see that there are many products that are listed as fragrance-free but are not. Only Sensitive is fragrance-free. I have forwarded it now. Have a nice day 🌾
